Artist Statement:
I have always been fascinated by cityscapes and how the complexity of line and shape can build layers of buildings. Applying a simple line to create complex forms and details in an abstract way becomes a game to see if I can accomplish the forms I see using one line. The one line symbolizing the simplicity of a something so complex as a city and how large to small buildings and everything in-between connect to create a whole. One city. One line.
